Can I bring my own sparklers and fireworks?

No - this is a licensed event and only sparklers purchased on site can be used. They should also, for the safety of everyone, only be used in the sparkler zone. Anyone who doesn't adhere to this will required to leave the site and no refunds will be provided in these circumstances.

Who is doing the display?

Martin and his team at Arilan Pyrotechnics have been doing the displays for us for many years and they are back again this year.

Food and drink

We have a number of bars around the site serving cold alcoholic and soft drinks. We also have our STCC BBQ as well as guest food and drink outlets - details on these will be released closer to the event date. All club run sections are run by our volunteers.

We request that people do NOT bring their own alcohol on site.

All of the meat used on the STCC BBQ is provided by local butcher Glenn Lewin. Once again, we wish to extend a huge thank you to Glenn for supporting us all season long.

Donations to local good causes

As we do every year, we'll be making donations to local good causes from the funds we've raised from all of our events through this season. If you have any suggestions for causes within the village we could support this year, please let us know.
