Flora, who came through our Academy programme, became the first woman to score a century at Grace Road when she reached three figures in an Under 18 fixture last season.
The presentation came ahead of the first game for Leicestershire as a tier two women's county against Northamptonshire.
Our Academy Chair Wain Rowe said: "This is a fantastic achievement for Flora and we're all really proud of what she's achieved in her career so far and we look forward to seeing how far she can go.
"This award, along with the strides made by another of our Academy graduates Prisha Thanawala, is fantastic recognition of not only their talents but also the hard work that we do as a club to help our younger players achieve their potential."
Flora follows in the footsteps of another Sileby player, Katie Gunn, who was the first player awarded the gold fox cap.
