Storm Babet left the cricket ground under 2ft of flood water and while the water levels have dropped since then there are still areas of standing water on both of the car park areas and the public viewing area leaving it unsafe for both cars and foot traffic.

Those who have already purchased tickets have two options:

- Retain their ticket and roll it over to the display next year
- Receive a full refund.

Those who purchased their tickets online will receive an email to the email address used for the booking shortly.

For anyone who has purchased a ticket from one of our outlets – please note that they will not be handling refunds. However, should you wish to receive a refund for your ticket then you will be able to do so at our Mill Lane ground on the following dates and times:

Thursday 2 November 2023 – 2-5pm
Friday 3 November 2023 – 4-7pm
Saturday 4 November – 10am – 1pm

You must bring your ticket(s) with you to receive a refund.

We apologise for any disappointment that this may cause but we felt that we had little option and that the decision we’ve made is in the best interests of the spectators and their experience with us.
