New for 2026

We're delighted to be able to welcome Curtis Mayfield to Cobalts Mill Lane for the 2026 season 

Curtis is a familiar face on the local cricket circuit having represented Loughborough Greenfields for over 20 years but has decided to take on a new challenge with us for the 2026 season.

The all rounder boasts over 3,500 runs in the bank along with over 200 wickets during his time at Holt Drive. 

Club Captain Josh Winterton spoke of his delight at welcoming Curtis to Cobalts Mill Lane. "Attracting a player of Curtis's experience and ability is a fantastic outcome for us and I've no doubt that he will be able to impart his knowledge and experience onto our up and coming youngsters as well as win us plenty of games with both bat and ball."

Curtis was equally delighted: "I'm really excited to be joining Sileby and starting a new chapter in my own career. There are lots of exciting opportunities ahead and I'm looking forward to contributing to the team, and seeing what we can achieve together this season and beyond."
