The bonfire show must go on

Despite senseless vandalism with our bonfire pile being set alight last night, this doesn't derail our firework display on 7 November with the display still going ahead. 

We're hugely grateful for the inundation of offers of replacement timber for a replacement fire. 

We're aiming to let the current site cool for a few days before rebuilding on top of the site once it has suitably cooled. 

We may be able to collect some donations of untreated timber, depending on locality, availability and capacity. However, it would be preferable for any donations to be dropped off at Cobalts Mill Lane, please contact Chris Preston to arrange a drop off or to see if we have availability to collect. 

Please do not drop wood over or at the gate.
