After a slow start from Sileby due to some outstanding and accurate bowling from Leicester Ivanhoe where they were struggling on 19 for 3 after 6 overs. The middle order led by Ben Howlett and Ben Kay started to rebuild the innings with both retiring on 25 and with some blusty blows from Oscar Pickering they were able to reach a score of 117 for 5. When it came to Sileby bowling they kept their lines tight and were able to make an early breakthrough and after 6 overs they had restricted the opposition to 13 for 1 off the first 6 overs. Ivanhoe started to recover and after 15 overs were 64 for 2 however with an ever increasing run rate of 10 runs per over off the last 5 Ivanhoe fell short ending up on 81 for 8 off their 20.
